This Privacy Policy explains how Set Apart Management LLC (“Set Apart Management,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with www.setapartmanagement.com and every service we offer, including executive oversight, governance design, financial and operational support, strategic advisory, and portfolio stewardship.This Policy does not apply to the independent privacy practices of our clients, their portfolio companies, or any third-party site or platform. Where we process information on a client’s behalf under an engagement agreement, that agreement and the client’s own instructions govern, and we act on the client’s documented instructions as a processor or service provider. - 02
